Regarding the University of the Ryukyus Graduation Ceremony for the Academic Year 2024

To all graduating students for AY 2024 and members of family

　The University of the Ryukyus Graduation Ceremony for AY 2024 will be held as follows.

■the University of the Ryukyus Graduation Ceremony for AY 2024
　１. Date and Time: March 25, 2025 (Tue), 11:00 ～ 12:30

　２. Venue: Okinawa Convention Center Exhibition Hall (4-3-1 Mashiki, Ginowan City)

　３. Attendees: Graduating students (undergraduate and graduate programs) and family members

　４．Note:
　　1)The ceremony will be live-streamed.
　　2)Shuttle bus service between the University campus and Okinawa Convention Center will be provided.

　５. Details:

Ⅰ.Shuttle bus
　　Shuttle buses will be operated between the campus and the venue.
　　Please note that parking is not available at the venue, kindly use the shuttle bus or public transportation.

　【From campus】
　　From 9:20 to 10:00, shuttle buses will depart as soon as seats are fully occupied.
　　(1) Senbaru campus(①North Cafeteria ②Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences parking area）
　　　　→ Okinawa Convention Center
　　(2) Uehara campus（③Near the entrance of Faculty of Medicine）
　　　　→ Okinawa Convention Center

　【From Okinawa Convention Center】
　　After the ceremony, shuttle buses will depart as soon as seats are fully occupied.
　　(1) Okinawa Convention Center → Senbaru campus
　　　(①North Cafeteria ②Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences parking area)
　　(2) Okinawa Convention Center → Uehara campus（③Near the entrance of Faculty of Medicine）

Ⅱ.Livestream information
　The ceremony is scheduled to be live-streamed on YouTube on Tuesday, March 19,from 10:45.

　Live streaming is provided for family members of graduating students; subtitles shall be provided.

Ⅲ.Notes
　?In-person attendance at the graduation ceremony is only for family members of graduating students due to the limited number of seats.
　?Distribution of leaflets, use of confetti, and other activities that may cause defacement or damage to property, or danger to others are strictly prohibited at the venue.
